It’s that time: Guelph’s annual celebration of Italian heritage is just around the corner. The Festival Italiano will be held on the weekend of July 8, 9 and 10 at the Italian Canadian Club in the heart of St. Patrick’s Ward.
Now almost two decades old, this family event is known for its incredible food, fun and games – and, yes, the fan-favourite greased pole climbing contests.
